I bought this Cromwell in used condition. The blade has been blunted for Living History/HES use (and was used for this purpose before I bought it) and comes with a rubber tip. I removed the factory decoration from the hilt and scabbard fittings, a process I detailed in this thread. I have not used the sword for anything more than dry handling. The hilt is solid with no movement. The scabbard leather has been blackened.
