Steven Segal movies tend to suck badly. But I will say this-- what the heck is that sword he's got there? Looks like a katana, but it almost has a double-loop guard like a Renaissance longsword. Very interesting!
His partner appears to have a Windlass American Revolution saber, but it's a fairly common pattern of saber. Lots of military or cadet sabers with a simple guard like that. Hard to tell from the picture...

Yeah, he's using what looks like a kriegsmesser or swiss saber, but using it like a katana or tachi or something like that. The weapons are similar enough on some levels that I guess one could get away with it.

I think the sword Seagal uses in Out of Reach is custom-made.
