Armeria di Castel Sant' Angelo
As is usual, I was looking for one thing and found another. This page was a new one to me.

http://www.geocities.com/ulfberth/Angelo.htm

Graphic intensive, in a good way. Being a Geocities page, traffic may be limited but it is well worth the visit. There is a very interesting combination weapon amongst the many swords.

Something for everyone. I apologize if this has been posted before but it is noteworthy for those that haven't seen it.

Cheers

Hi Russ,

I gave up trying to let the whole page load on a dial up connection. I think some images are loading faster than others. I'm going to check it out on a broadband connection at some point. There is a lot of armour to be seen.

I was looking for a specific 16th century piece and this site turned up in the search results. Of course, there is a great article here at myArmoury as well that answered part of my question. What I'm looking for is related to a post at Net Sword looking for info on some effigial swords.

Cheers

GC
