I have a friend looking to purchase a medieval crossbow (100 years war) however, I really don't shoot crossbows so I don't know who to suggest for such a thing.
So, any recommendations for a quality period crossbow? _________________ Cheers,

I have one of New World Arbalest latches and I'm quite happy with it.
Cheers,

Hi,
the absolute best for this job, I know, is Jens Sensfelder from Germany - he makes the real stuff (... for real much money).

Hi Erik
Check this thread out:

Special project aside, the thread serves as a very clear look at Tod's talent. _________________ "No man is entitled to the blessings of freedom unless he be vigilant in its preservation" ...Gen. Douglas Macarthur |
