I'm so pleased to hear that copies have finally been landing in larger numbers in the USA. It took a while... sorry about that. Shipping is becoming increasingly difficult these days- 2kg is some kind of magic number and if you go over that, they crucify you. It's like open season on the guy who wants to ship something heavy.

I'd like to think that Book II will be lighter and cheaper to ship. But I'm not so sure that will happen! There is still a lot more to say.

I look forward to book II. If it is anything like volume 1 it will be amazing. I spend a bit of free time before I go to bed reading it and I love the level of detail. The text, art and drawings are really a great benefit. I really love the drawings of the separate fauld sections. It really is quite interesting.

Even when we lived in the UK you pass that point and shipping went up dramatically. Was tricky for integral stuff we wanted to ship.

Still waiting for mine. Thomas Del Mar said it was shipped Oct 12. 2 months seems an excessive time for any shipping.....
