That looks like an Arms & Armor Sparth Axe -- one of my favorite A&A items. :D

But then again, looking at the back of the blade, it seems to have a slightly different shape...

The blade of the Sparth Axe looks longer than pictures of the A & A version.

I think I read on Peters' site, that had similar pictures, that all the arms in those pictures were made by him.

Peter will have to confirm that for us to be sure, but the odds are good that he made it himself.
