The latest...ordered blunt with blacken fittings and orange wrap which came out more of a burnt orange color which I am perfectly fine with (matches a hobby that I use to do) Did my short 15min workout last night before I hit the sheets and the Talhoffer felt great, stiff blade with some overall weight to it...nice, just the way I like a sword...Thanks to the Albion Crew for yet another excellent sword Exclamation

Oh, I like the look of that, especially the blackened furniture. Mine is un-blackened with oxblood grip.

My wife could care less about the sword but she loves your marble! Wink

Hey Joe,
This is a cork floor that I had done for our master bathroom, I wanted something different and this stuff was! Soft, quite, with a kinda warm feeling even when the room air is cold...I love this flooring material now that I have had it for over a year... Check out the link for more info on this stuff http://www.ifloor.com/articles/cork/basics.html if your wife would like to see more complete pics of the bathroom floor just p.m me and I'll give you a link to a photo gallery once I set it up for you guys.

Eek! I've never been a fan of sharply tapering blades. But I love this sword! Gorgeous. Congrats!

That's beautiful Eek!

Mine was going to have blackened fittings with red grip. Unfortunately I'd had to cancel the order. Now I'm convinced I must have this sword but maybe next year.

Congratulations, that’s a beautiful sword. Seeing the blade in those pictures really clinched it for me. I just placed an order for a Fiore. Blackened fittings and magenta grip.

OMG! Blackened fittings and an orange grip wrap! Confused Why that's just... just... hot! Big Grin

This is one of the most unique and beautiful set of fittings that I've seen in a long time. And it looks great on the Talhoffer.

But I have to ask. What made you go with these colors? I would have never considered something like this. How did you come up with it?

Black and orange is my favorite color mix...a few years ago I did a wrap on my KC Viking, removed the leather and replaced it with a leather cord that I hand dyed with orange ink, looks like my Talhoffer leather..also had a custom long tanto by Dan Pfanenstiel done with black sharkskin and orange wrap...so my next sword from Albion will most likely be The Munich with black and orange again, but this time more of a pumpkin orange color. When the weather is a bit better and I can shoot outside I want to do some better pics than late night bathroom ones Laughing Out Loud ...
