Heavy iron breastplate with slight medial ridge and lower half sliding on four lames. Ridged neck and arm-openings, the shoulders with fastening rivet for the straps (one missing), a large buckle on either side. The neck and arm-openings encircled by blossom-shaped brass rivets, the lames also with brass rivets and further iron rivets around the edges, the lower edge with lining rivets. Applied to the centre of the chest a brass cross pattée with the motto "Pro Fide Rege Et Lege" and flame bundles between the arms of the cross. Surfaces cleaned and slightly pitted, one loss at the right shoulder. Height 47 cm, width 35 cm, weight 6.5 kg. In addition, a detailed expert opinion of the Museum of Mariánské Lázn in Malbork by Mr. Antoni R. Chodynski.
