Erik Stevenson of Phoenix Metal Creations has recently created another splended replica of a Schiavona that he's given me permission to share with you.

It is based on this authentic original:

Notice the finely detailed pommel. Very nice!

I don't have any further information nor stats for this piece. Perhaps the owner will fill in the blanks. He's had the sword for a couple months now as far as I know.

wow that looks not only like the original but like an original in its own right! thats beautiful workmanship

does anybody know why these swords had back guards different than fronts?? why not make it symmetrical?
