Today I am very happy!!! After seven days of hard work I made just fabulous blade with three fullers - type XXa. The blade is very long - 92,5cm. Fullers are on both sides of the blade. There will be three stages of the polishing process, and sharpening. on the pictures you can see next blade that is also almost ready - type XVa. I will make the sword next.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again-- every sword you make looks even better than the last. Expertly-crafted fittings, more "visually-harmonious" proportions, more detail to the leather-work. Amazing!

Any such opinion is for me very important and motivating. And when my client says after receiving the parcel wiht sword from me that it looks better than in the pictures, that I him sended before. Now I work on very nice and interesting sword XVa. The sword is ready, and it wait for scabbard. Soon I will put new pictures of it. Happy Easter :-)

I have always liked that pommel type-- it looks functional and "comfortable", for lack of a better word.
The fullers look very clean and even, and the sword as a whole looks well-proportioned. I'm assuming this is very similar to a to a historical example?
The tooling on the grip and scabbard look amazing! What colors are they going to be?
Edit: Nevermind that question, I just saw your other thread!
On another note, I also liked your Type X with the "Tea Cosy" pommel. But I'm biased-- I am the proud owner of an Albion Stamford!

Hi, the sword lie very good in hand. The oryginal sword with that type of pommel looks similar, but it has a ridge no three fullers. I made it like that because my client wants it. To the colours of skin it was dark brown. I put the pictures of sword in the last post.
