That is a beautiful piece indeed ! I have to admit to not knowing very much about the all metal hilted dirks, but that piece certainly appeals to me very much, my compliments to the maker ...and the lucky owner !
I also love the basket hilt that you have there...awsome ! In the forty years since I first started collecting edged weapons , and dealing in them, I have never had a basket hilt in my possession, something that I very much regret and which may well lead to my placing my first order for a modern made piece. That sword would grace any collection !
Nice weapons indeed !

Yes, Vince's work is certainly outstanding ....
The brass & steel baskethilt he made is truly a magnificent example of his exceptional talent & skill in the fine art of modern day sword making !
