Manouchehr;
The combination "Rapier and Musket Rest" is a VERY interesting sword (I've seen others, but always fun to see more). And I love that hand-and-a-half with a complex guard. THAT is very nice, too.

My guess from the placement is that it is meant to be a lance rest of some sorts.
I love that longsword from a couple of posts back. And further back, there was another longsword that does look very simular to Albion's new Munich. This sword and the original sword on which the Munich is based seem to be very close in design.

Yes, it's a Lance Arrét, for supporting the weight of the heavy lance during the charge. Usually for jousting, but also used in war as well.
