Irish Arms Iron Age Darts and Throwing Spears

Original: Circa 5th Century BC to 7th Century AD

These spears and javelins represent the throwing weapons found in many different cultures in Europe. The leaf-shaped blades with slight medial ridge are somewhat "generic" for javelins and throwing spears.

These particular spears are EN45 spring steel with a low midridge fading to a strong diamond cross section. They are finished with a natural fire-blued color.

Javelin/dart points:
Overall length: 5.125"
Blade length: 3.5"
Socket length: 1.875"

Small throwing/thrusting spears:
Overall length: 8.875"
Blade length: 5.5"
Socket length: 2.875"
